Mechanisms of Filtration

Particle Diameter :

Direct Interception

Bigger and heavy particles straightly go forward and are removed in the surface of filter media with the air flow.


Inertial Impaction
Due to inertial impaction, small particles will be changed the flow direction and pass through the media with the airflow. Need to be removed by multi-layer of filter media.

Brownian Motion
Smaller particles move like Brownian motion. It is easy to be removed in the deep of filter media.


Compressed Air Quality Guarantee

We provide the filter performance for one year guarantee. Combinations of filters will be required to achieve the highest quality classifications required by ISO 8573-1:2001.

Correct Selection of Filtration Media 
Coalescing and dust removal filters use a high efficiency borosilicate glass nanofiber material which has a 96% voids volume, providing media with excellent filtration efficiency and a high dirt holding capacity.


Specialist  Media Treatment
All filter media has a specialist treatment. This actively repels oil and water to ensure that coalesced liquid does not reduce the voids volume reduces the risk of premature blockage, system pressure losses and high energy consumption.


Deep Bed Pleating
For particle and aerosol removal, deep bed pleating provides 4.5 x more flter media than an ordinary element, giving a larger filtration area, lower flow velocities, increased drit holding capacity, lower running costs and a more compact filter element.



Specifically Design to Improve efficiency of Liquid Drainage
High efficiency drainage layer provides increased liquid drainage, improved chemical compatibility and higher operational temperatures when compared to ordinary materials.




Surface tension breakers on the lower filter element endcap provide fast and efficient drainage of coalesced liquid.





Drainage ribs cast into the filter bowl compress the lower part of the filter element, allowing bulk liquid to rapidly drain from the filter element through capillary action.





New Filtration Technology
The FF filters has been designed from the outset to meet current and forthcoming requirements for ISO 8573.1 compressed air quality. Using aerospace technology, FF filter has optimised the flow path through the housing and element, significantly reducing air turbulence and pressure losses. Providing an optimal flow path is key to reducing system operating costs.








No tie-rod design to provide minimal installation space and bowl removal distance. Element changes are now easy and do not require the user to touch the contaminated element during annual element change.








U/H grade filters fitted with float drains as standard. It has both auto an manual drain function.








Used to indicate premature high differetial pressure. Indicator can be retrofitted to existing housings without depressurising the system.
